Would a 16.5 barrel fit
Did you ever mount that red dot on it? I have this in a take down model and I have had trouble making it shoot accurately.
interesting set up but I prefer the simplicity of the PMACA chassis. one screw installation and takes standard AR grips and stocks. I also prefer to use the original rail on the receiver.
You should put a headphone warning at the beginning.
Good video!
Can you use a drum magazine with that ATI stock/kit? Will it fit?
nice!! This is very tempting! I bought ATI's 14" forend with nose cone for my AR15 build, love it! Now I can have a matching 10/22 haha!! Thanks for the vid!
I got an old 10 22 and the scope mount screws onto 2 stripped out i guess that's why I got it cheap.do those hole get used with this stock?????? Or do i need to fix them for this stock.any info would help.thank you
Can you change the pistol grip? With other ar15 grips?
beware of ati company, their phone numbers don't exist, and missing parts
These guys put out bad vids. don't watch them.
Is it difficult to use 10-round with this chassis? I live in California.
Good video. I bought one of the kits too but I had to assemble the fore grip and install the nose piece, including drilling a hole for the nose piece set screw. But I do like the look of the stock. Also, I had the same result of the plastic squeezing in when tightening the two side screws.
what model is this?
What barrel is that your using?
Subscribed, you didn't edit out all the mistakes. Respect for that, thanks for the helpful video.
Do they make a take down version?
This would be a fun thing to do with a 10-22… but now one would have to go through a whole lot more disassembly to get at the receiver and bolt for cleaning. Also will lose zero.
What is the best way to field strip this setup for cleaning?
Thanks brosef. Looks like you're living the extra comfy life.
good stuff. You showed it really well. I think I am going with TacStar though. Just prefer less of a ar look. This seems to be the one of the top options thought.
in the one i got it did not even include the fucking 21 inch rail. is it supposed to be in there because everything else is in there i think
Looks like you replaced every part except the receiver. Maybe buy a used receiver and you can have two rifles. LOL
What is the weight of this kit? I've looked it up and can't find those specs. Thanks in advance. Great video btw.
What is the total weight of the gun with the ATI stock setup?
so the rail doesnt even attach to the 10/22 receiver what a fucking joke
After searching, I did find, and receive, your exact kit (which isn't offered anymore from ATI unfortunately, now it's all "synthetic" including the foreend). The stock, when fully extended, has some noticeable play up and down. I am curious if yours does also. Thanks for any reply.
I wish they had kept the kit like the one you got. they don't include the buttstock risers anymore and their new six sided forearm is a piece of junk!!! no holes to mount pictanny rails and its made of plastic! so buyer beware I watched this video along with others and assumed what I would be getting was what you have and boy was I disappointed!! it seems their quality took a backseat to profits cause what I received was not even close to what you have.
good vid. just to let yall know- the mag well has sharp edges that will start to hurt your hand if you grip on the mag well. this can be solve by rounding the edges with some sand cloth. nice stock though.
If you go on ati's website and use the promo "summer" it's about $150. Spread the word
How about a review of the new ATI Takedown Kit for both the 10/22 and the new Takedown Charger Kit?
Hi. Great video. Quick question, how do you clean you rifle after this is on it? I'm assuming you've to disassemble and reassemble every time? Hardly seems worth it?
I'm thinking about purchasing this stock, but does the stock extend?
can you replace the pistol grip with a regular ar grip ?
Thanks for the vid, just bought my 10/22 Carbine earlier this week, and I'm going to get this stock kit for it, along with a red dot. I really want to get an Archangel 9-22 magazine with Nomad sleeve, but that's incredibly hard to find in Canada, and US retailers won't ship here.
