I just bought a Streamlight Protac 1L-1AA on Amazon and it was a counterfeit, so I decided to give them another shot and ordered a replacement. They sent a second fake light!

I just received my ProTac 1L-1AA from Amazon last week and it does not appear to be fake. It came with 2 batteries in the package, the logo on the switch, and a red O-ring seal. I am not a big Amazon fan but this seems legitimate. There are a number of sellers, I purchased using Amazon Prime with the supplier shown as Amazon. One seller had a slightly lower price with free shipping so not sure which supplier is shipping fakes. Not good for Amazon!
Just came on your video and I too bought mine from Amazon back in October 2017 and I noticed there were no batteries and I compared them to pictures and when I called Amazon to report that I think its a fake, they sent a replacement and that too was a counterfeit , I called Amazon and was furious so they said that they were going to make an incident report and said they were going to immediately remove the fakes from their site and I also called Streamlight to report if they heard of fakes floating around and the person said that they were not aware and said they're packages should always include batteries .I did open the package and noticed only the AA batteries worked and the the cr123 did not ,which is another sign of it being a fake as well as the 10 tap features was useless. So Amazon needs to step up there game, they knowingly get numerous complains about counterfeits and continue to rip consumers off for there money. Shame on you Amazon !! Update Amazon never removed the counterfeits from there shelves , with all the complains they had
Did you get them from the streamlight page on amazon or just typed in the light name?
