CMMG 22 conversion for AR15

I installed a CMMG .22 conversion bolt group in my Colt AR15. Note how easy it is to replace the .223 bolt with the conversion. You can shoot all day for a few dollars, there’s almost no recoil, and with a YHM suppressor, it’s very quiet. Depending on the ammo you use, it will be accurate to 300 yards, plenty good enough for hours of fun.

  1. nice rifle, I have been using cmmg lower parts kits, ambi-safety and like their 2 stage triggers. Planning on getting a 22 conversion as well, how many rounds you put thru it now and have you had many jams?

thanks for the video! subscribed don't know how I have not found your page before now

  2. @WackoKillerDan Might be because of the supersonic crack of the bullet. In a handgun, the .22 round is subsonic. Check out the video of my suppressed Walther p22 — all you hear is the action cycling.

  3. @quispy1970 LOL, no way! We don't shoot people around here just for taking a walk in the woods. Do they do that where you come from?? That's pretty crazy! The reason we like suppressors is just being a considerate neighbor; depending how much you shoot, the neighbors really appreciate it! Also, you don't need hearing protection.
