Excellent. Thank You!
Best video I have ever seen! Great for new AR15 owners.
All through the video he brings up leaving this or that dry because it will just attract dirt, like a little dirt is evil ! Then towards the end of the video he says dirt doesn't matter, as long as its well lubed it will keep on firing !
It's a good easy to understand video , but this part can causes more confusion.
Personally i lube everything that moves. Some part get heavy lube, some get very little . I've never had a problem. I also clean my weapon often, so dirt has never been a issue.
Everybody has there own shooting style. Just find a cleaning routine that works for you, and stick with it.
This guy is a wealth of info …very articulate, very knowledgable …I don't need the lessons, came on my feed , I still have a very old Kalish…Soviet made I relieved Charlie of …..kudos to this presentation …👍👍
The frustration and look of disbelief on his face when he says not to put any oil in the gas tube…you can tell he's seen this done before lol!!
Bravo!
Dickhead and full of shit
Clean your rifle. Neefs very little lube if any. That lube attracts dirt. I guess if you run your guns 20k rounds without cleaning. In that case lube the fuck out of it. An ar can run dry and clean forever. Thats why militec works in iraq. No wet oil no dirt magnet no problems
Such a dickhead about everything.
Excellent video. So no lube needed on the actual bolt itself? Would you recommend grease or oil?
Ima guess this is a good vid but I don't wanna waste 30min of my time on stuff I already know.
Excellent Video, new subscriber
What is a "blown primer"? Inquiring minds want to know.
Outstanding, Excellent Video, Kudo's to you Anthony
That was an awesome tutorial… you stressed, in detail, some very key points, how's and why's for the operation and functions of the weapon along with the cause and effects for maintenance and servicability.
I pick up new information from watching these instructional videos. But primarily, I just maintain my AR like my M16 service rifle. Inspect it, clean and lube after use, function check and secure properly…follow the TM.
Day Bree, heh I love it. Awesome video.
Honestly the most informative video on an AR 15 I have watched to date. Thank you so much!
I got a lot of clarification on this firearm from this video. Just recently got an AR-15 and learned that the 223 and 5.56 are not the same. the cleaning and lubrication is a lot more informative than some of the others that I have watched. It is Christmas Day looking forward to a trip to the range to try this baby out.
Not true, you can put grease (not thin oil) on certain areas of an AR trigger.
As a new AR15 owner, I've been perusing YouTube for just about anything I can find. This is far and away the best video I've seen so far on maintaining the rifle. Thanks NSSF and thanks to Cory for an extremely detailed, articulate, and clearly delivered presentation!
Great video but I'm falling asleep…I will come back to finish when I get up…
" the OLD 20 round Mags "" Dam Im old lol
