I'm pondering this one.
You kinda sound like Edward norton.
I’m glad I stumbled onto one of your videos on your 450 build,I’m a Iowa boy and a AR nut. I finally got out today and shot my 450 bushmaster that I ordered from midway USA. It ran flawlessly, very happy. Do they make a special cleaning kit for a AR 450 bushmaster?
You seem like a great guy to me but you have to repeat yourself or correct yourself too much for this to be enjoyable…
200 grains bigger casing. 4000 fps just put it on a 50 Beowulf casing
its a 45 just make a double stack mag . that not hard . bottom double stack.
use a 230 grain
I got mine for the exact same reason, I'm in Iowa too.
Satern makes a upper receiver?
Sweet build working on mine for this season Michigan white tail
Is the ejection port bigger
Great video, I'm looking into 450 for the same reason, how the recoil compared to a 12 or 20? My wife may go as well if I can get a lower recoil option. On a side note my FFL took a doe with a Thompson which is kinda hilarious.
You meant 1 new project at a time right
You need a standalone mic my dude
That is one sexy setup.
I was wondering when your next vid would be 🙂 I just made one of my first vids out at one of your old stomping grounds, the north liberty area shooting range. It’s a Daniel Defense vs LWRCI DI basic 55 grain ammo accuracy test.
Ohio just passed a simular law a few years ago, allowing us to use Straight walled cartridges. I"m not sure about the .450 but if any of you know I'd like some input. Great Video, this may be my next build if the .450 is allowed for deer hunting.
Great video, as always. Thanks again for taking the time to document the build.
Big bore AR-15s have been put for more than a decade. Wtf are you even talking about?
You mean you finally got one?
Did a 458 Socom a few months . Unfortunately in PA. We are not allowed ARs for big game. What's up with the straight case law?
You aren't the least bit excited are you? You have done several builds over the years, but this shows to get you the most excited. Rightly so too. You have 2 reasons to be giddy/excited, Able to hunt with a RIFLE and a NEW Build. Congrats.
I have to poop
If you are looking at a good Mil/Mil 1-6x reticle for any caliber that doesn't have calibrated holdovers check out the Athlon Midas BTR
How's it going ?? Hope the HOLIDAYS went well with family n friends!! Nice build!! Looking forward to range footage or harvesting a nice buck!!! ROCK ON!!!
Looking forward to an accuacy test. Thanks for the vid. I bought a 45-70 after the law past but before the approved list came out. I might buy a .450 for this year though.
What magnifier & holographic sight is that ?
Deer are gonna run in iowa this next season looking to build mine here sometime this year for iowa
I would of thought .458 SOCOM over .450 bushmaster but if you have to use a straight wall then this is a great build!
nice build, i'm trying to decide what i want to setup for deer my .300BLK build or benelli 12 gauge. here in NY i doubt i will ever be shooting further than 80-100 yards max when hunting.
trying to decide if i would rather have the precision of a rifle for more ideal shot placement or the power of the shotgun for ethical kills, I am pretty new to hunting. everything i have done until now has been pest removal.
How about a parts list?
Great resolutions. Mine are the same………unless I come across a slr106.
450 huh?! My buddy has a .50 beau wolf. Still can't Ammo anywhere……gave up looking……2 years ago.
Happy New Years.
