Review on the Burris AR-332 scope for the AR-15. Reticle review. For the money, It’s one of the best scopes for CQB and long range shooting.

  1. Excellent review…thanks. They make a model that comes with a fastfire III attached. Think that's necessary for quick close range use or is this scope itself good enough up close? Thanks.

  2. you were talking about the scope canting to the left. I've experienced this with a different brand red dot. I heard (could be wrong) that "milspec" picatinny rails will result in some bases being off center and canting to the left. I ended up putting a shim to level mine out. Honestly I didnt know there was a difference in commercial spec vs mil spec rails but whatever.

  3. I was unaware an actual lefty AR was available……..far out! I've learned way more from this planet out of school. Always room for more. I'm debating on another piece of glass, however I also want to be able to utilize 45 degree flip up sights as backup.

  4. Nice review. Thanks for posting. 🙂

As for some of you others…. Wow. There are some real experts voicing their expert opinion on the -332. They must have drug there -332 or -532 through the sands of Iraq or the mountains of Afghanistan, and determined it to be junk. Very good to have their expert opinion. I have found my -332 to be quite nice. While mine hasn't been to Iraq or -stan, it has been through far more than the typical (civilian) ACOG or -332 user. 😉 As for the ACOG, I sold the couple I had and bought a half dozen Burris scopes for various tactical and hunting rifles with the proceeds. So far, I have no complaints.

  5. the eye relief on this junk is a joke.  i bought this thinking it was gonna work on my AR.  you have to have your eye around 2 inches or less from the optic to get a full view. such bull shit, i would avoid this.  even though its cheap it doesnt work for shit
