  1. OK I know this videos a couple years old they really push in primary arms . Actually if I check you probably did one as well.. yes it’s July 2018
Would you stick with the vortex is my question

  2. If anyone is looking for one of these I have a brand new one in the box I’m looking to sell. Originally bought because of my astigmatism but got eyes corrected and I’m just running red dot now. This is brand new with the mount as well.

  3. Sootch00, I have a stupid question.  What if I zero at 100 yards and then take some shots at 25-50 yards.  How far off do you think the red dot would be?  I want this scope so that I can reach out a little further but I still want the capability of being able to shoot much shorter distances like you would with a red dot.

  4. Saw this video last week and immediately ordered one of them… then another after a few days later when I realized they were discontinued. Love that reticle.

  5. so the reticle always appears the same size, ie not even the reference points/mil dots/whatever are magnified when increasing magnification? (edit: reticle is all in 2nd focal plane but that's probably best for a 1-4x scope) Doesn't matter much though, since one would set it at 4x if one needs to do range finding…

  6. Vortex does take care of the customer. I accidentally dropped mine off the bench and bent it. Within a week they sent me a new one no questions asked. In my opinion that's worth staying with Vortex.

  7. great review sir ……the gen II is out now 1×6……running about 699.00…..but now has the same glass as the razor…….worth it, at first did not want to buy vortex because it was not made in the US but you cannot beat the quality for the money very impressed!!

  8. My top picks in this price point were Viper PST, Leupold VX-R, Athlon Argos. All because the warranties are the same. I went with the Argos simply due to the FFP Mil. Everything else between the scopes is equal.

  9. I like your videos but you are all for everything you review, are you paid by these manufactures?  I just watched your primary Arms video you said the same things about them to you they are all the best.

  10. Hey Sootch. Great video. Got a question for you. If you had to pick between the Vortex Viper PST 1-4 and the Trijicon AccuPower 1-4, which one would you pick? I'm looking for a 1-4 for my AR and I think I have it down to these two scopes. Thanks.
