The Aguila .22 weighs 2.95 grams traveling at 1,025 feet per second and the CCI Quiet .22 weighs 2.59 grams traveling at 710 feet per second. That’s explains why the CCI didn’t cycle. This conversion kit is so much fun.

  1. I'm sorry were you said it didn't cycle but it's cmmg but in ar15 223 subsonic u have to track each time due to lack of pressure to stay subsonic that's what I thought u were shooting with your gun

  2. Since this is a old video I`m sure you know by now that .22 subsonic rounds are designed to be run with a suppressor as most sub rounds are for…. They usually use a heavy projectile and less powder to keep the bullet under 1050FPS, which at sea level is subsonic speed..The extra back pressure that a suppressor causes is used to cycle the BCG in that type of system(.22LR)..With .223/5.56 you have to back down the pressure with a adjustable gas block so the BCG does`t cycle to hard, just the opposite of a little .22LR…
