@willwood487 i know i think i may buy the upper out right though. cmmg has the specs im lookin for and it will be cheaper to buy the complete upper compared to building one. they have a midlength gas system with a rifle length sight and that's what i want 🙂

@SirWilliam318 most likely the moe forend i heard it was a little lighter than a quad rail and looks way better than the regular furniture. i have ordered the ctr butttstock and the miad grip as well as the enhancced trigger guard (polymer) in flat dark earth. but now that i have ordered it i wonder if i should have gone with black? i have never seen magpuls fde first hand only on vids and websites wonderin how it looks first hand now? lol

@42cujo damn thats alot of money thats why im buildin my rifle and why im not goin with the piston right now. i'm not makin the money i use to these days. 🙂 for that much money i would have purchased an F&H SCAR it is also piston i'm sure youve seen them though

@ixVENGEFULxi i live in california and cold war shooters is who i went with they added a ergo front rail system and ergo vertical grip and magpul sights i paid 1760 out the door just the rifle alone was 1400 but man they make some quality stuff i shot about 800 rounds so far no problems with anything

@42cujo yeah no piston for now im just goin direct impigment for this build but it'll do. how much did you pay for that thing? i looked at alot of company's before goin with cmmg i like their stuff man

dude u will love it i got a cmmg gas piston ar-15 its so accurate the recoil is next to nothing the barrel does not heat up and fuckin cleaning shit there is none lol

I found possibly the best deal on a good AR today. S&W M&P15 flat top optics ready under $700 new.

@glock10mm the lower kit is also a cmmg, i couldnt make up my mind. most of the pieces i get will be cmmg, shoulda just bought a complete rifle lol but i cant save money so ill just get it piece by piece it'll be fun anyway. i plan on doin a few of these builds so the more i learn about ar's and the more experiance i get buildin them the better my selection of parts will get.
