It would help if you showed your groups after each string, identify the ammo you are using, and fill in any blanks others may suggest. I liked your video. I have a 16" Blackout too. I've been shooting some Agullia 150 grain solids and it seems to shoot well, but like to know what others like. Mine is for shooting pigs…

I had 2 barrels with broken extensions……..Couldn't figure out why (for a year and a half) I couldn't get a zero on either rifle……I only discovered the problem when I was changing a muzzle device……..And like you , the barrel twisted…….Must of used up about 300 rounds trying to zero……Called the maker and they replaced quickly.
