Primary Arms ACSS Gen III 1-6x Scope is an improvement over the Original ACSS Gen 2 1-6x. With a Chevron to replace the center dot, shorter length and lighter weight, the Gen III is an even better option. Big thanks to Dietrich and Ben!

Saving up for this optic as we speak. Great video Sootch! Long live the republic!
What mount and break are you using in this video
For my Tavor the 700 is where I need to hold for within 5 yrds and 400 if within 10-15 yrds, so it's nice to have marks for more of a precise shot rather than just trying to figure out were 3.5" would hit if you are shooting someone close from your sight over bore distance. My only gripe, on the illumination, it would be nice if they have the dot to turn the illumination off in between each power setting so you could let it set close to where you would use it since it can't be left on for years like an aimpoint.
Good for 7.62×39 ?
Great vids, fantastic content. Thanks sootch
Why is the Primary Arms Optics (5x prism scope or 1-6×24 scope) ACSS reticle so much bigger/different than my Trijicon ACOG 4×32 TA-31 ACSS reticle
Great for a guy that has a stigmatism
Isnt the top of the chevron supposed to be 50/200m zero rather than 100 like you said on the video. A 100m zero sounds suboptimal.
I have one on My M&P15. It is great for quick target acquisition. Built Mine for speed. "speed kills. I mount my scope farther out on the rail. It's better for field of view.
Do you still have the link to purchase the scope with the free mount?
1/2 MOA at 50 clicks…isn't that 25 MOA of adjustment?
I guess I'm just never happy.
I have the 5x prism, and love it overall, however it doesn't have the chevron and the eye relief is super short so you really can't run BUIS behind, or extend your stock at all.
So I was going to buy a variable scope
But
The gen 3 the entire recticle lights up instead of just the horseshoe
The raptor only goes to 600
The 1-8 nobody says is clear as the 1-6 especially at 8 setting
What to do, what to do.
I don't see the link to buy the scope to get the free mount and free shipping
Waking up an old thread, but this optic looks and is designed a lot like the latest gen Vortex Stike Eagle 1X6X24. Reticle is different, but damn…
Don, two questions. 1) Others on Youtube say there is no true 1x. Your thoughts? 2) Using this scope, or one like it, with an A2 F height front site… what is your recommended ring/mount height? Thanks. Robert.
Great video! Thanks for sharing it with us!
Great Scope..Great improvement over Gen ll.
Less weight and length.
I'D like to get one as soon as I get another AT.
ALWAYS need another gun for a new scope.haha
Great video Sootch00. Thanx
Very nice job sootch00 ! Like always.
Sootch…your little green army rocks…it's the best… love it…you always have great presentations…LLTR
Thanks SOOCH00, i called Primary arms and mention your video to get this scope with the mount for free, Those guys are awesome enough to put in a free one. Love the review.
Would you think this would work on a PTR91?
I understand you had to take the link off but is there Any way to still get the free scope mount and free shipping I am trying to order tonight
Thank you to anyone who can help
Do you have the affiliate link for the mount someplace else? Maybe on a web page?
Great video. Deffenitley getting one of these for my ar 15. Thanks for the video . Sootch00.
how did you like it for <75 yard distances? Was the eye relief an issue for quick acquisition of a target?
Do You think it would be good for a "scout" rifle? 308?
Seems like there would be a lot of distraction with the range finder on the right and the dot on the left can anyone tell me if this is true or not? If never used one of these so I don't know much about them?
Hi Sootch00, do you prefer a single mount or dual mount option for this scope ?
Looking for a 1 power scope .one thing that you didn't mention and I would like to know is there any fisheye distortion. . Or is it clear from side to side
my PA 1-6 reticle does not change size when zooming, so on what magnification is the bullet deop calibrated for?
i saved up to buy this scope because of this vid to find out they are not doing the free mount as shown anymore which means ill have to wait and save some more money unless they will do a other coupon soon?
You have to adjust the scope to what your shooting not vice versa right ? Might have more then 18 inch drop at 800 yards ? At 500 your going to have double that .
