I have the X1k X-Mrad 4-16 IL sitting in Burris XTR signature rings @ 20MOA on a rifle nearly identical to yours! It's an amazing scope. The glass is superb, and I can't honestly see how the hell they make any money with this thing at this price point. My dealer got ahold of one very early after release and I was able to get this for under $475. It amazes me that they could build a product of this quality, warranty, look, feel, operation and so on for a $600 MSRP. My only "bitch" is the battery location relative to the side focus adjustment, but it gets easier and I do like the off stops between illumination settings. For a mid-budget shooter, this is the real deal optic. Excellent review. Concise, to the point and well thought out. Slight correction, MSRP is $499.95 on NON-IL model. Cheers.

I have this on my RPR. Total impulse buy but I'm really blown away by the quality of this optic.
Great review and price not bad either. Thinking about getting a new one, not sure which yet, for my 22-250 for hunting yotes.
Very cool video. Awesome scope and great price. The BLACK mounts will be a great addition to that scope.
