The New CMMG Mk57 in 5.7x28mm Caliber, uses the Patented Radial Blowback Bolt to reduced felt recoil and add reliability. Flat Shooting and accurate, it’s a pleasure to shoot at the range.

  1. Only the SS190 ammunition was designed to be armor-defeating. Please don't spread misinformation…

Seriously, I'm sick of people coming to my gun shop with that fucking "cop killer" "armor-piercing" "god of all things round" bullshit… It's just .223 Kurz…

  2. why, the 5.55 and .223 out preforms this round in every way. Secondly, Ar-15 has already been chambered in .22 cal with is exhibits equal performance, especially hot .22 mag loads. Additionally, you can also choose a 9mm ar setup and shoot 9mm sub-sonic. Don't get me wrong, I do like the 5.7 round, just can't justify buying another AR just for this round, when I can choose other calibers that gives me the options to really dial back or up horsepower without changing or modifying the weapon system. IJS

  3. While I agree with all the commenters saying that there is no big advantage over a PS90, I'm glad too see more options in this caliber. I think it is a great round and hope the prices for it go down further.

  4. 1. The rounds are certified by the ATF to NOT be armor piercing. Otherwise it would not have been approved for civilian use. Its not the gun that is armor piercing but the ammo that civilians cant buy. 2. The Secret Service uses the 4.6x30mm mainly.

  5. I really wish you would dedicate an entire video on where to find sub-packs to compartmentalize items within our bags? Please make a video, as I am not not sure I will actually ever receive a link within an email… and this is an issue that you may not have even considered, but links ton the providers within a video about these interior canvas (or, otherwise) bags would be extremely helpful!

  6. I gotta pass. I have too many guns. I love my 8” mk9 and z5p. The thing is that I got the Exo One and love the hell out of it. If I come across some stupid money, I’ll jump on the 5” Bunshee, and throw my Saker 556, Maxim Defense PDW Brace and a H1 sight on that bad boy.

  7. This is actually really cool and I’m surprised nobody else has tried to use this caliber especially since I think the P90 is horribly awkward. I usually see these PCCs and don’t think much of them. More companies should put out more of these in more potent calibers like .357 sig and 10mm!

  8. Why such exotic and expensive rouds ? Ceramophobia (body armour fear) maybe ? Although a bit longer than pistol calibers, I wonder why the .30 Carbine (M 1) round is overlooked for (pistol) caliber carbines other than the old M 1 itself. It might well be a plentiful and cheap fodder for modern Carbines even with shorter than 18 " barrels. Ballistics would be quite OK for up to 150 yards use and also as a good stopper for short ranges and home defense. Old prejudice against it as being anaemic has often been refuted and overtaken by recent ammo developments. It is simply more powerful than most pistol ammo.
In .30 Carbine, any carbine type weapon stays as originally intended, a full power (personal defense) carbine with carbine ammo ! What could be more logic ?

  9. the only real advantage of this over the PS90 is the AR ergonomics for people already used to the AR. if you're fine with the PS90 controls disassembly etc then its clearly the better choice with its 50 round magazines. 5.7 is a cool caliber but tbh its not my thing. 5.7 and the guns cost too much and dont give me any advantage over 5.56 which is great for home defense long range shooting and small game hunting all in 1 gun.
