i have the same setup on my delton. fixed front site, xps2-1 and magpul mbus rear site. i have a hogue grip and im buying magpul furniture later this year.

The magnifier mount is a quick-mount type. It has a cam and lock that locks tightly to the rail as close to the EOTech site as possible. When you pull a single lever it rolls out of the way. Then you roll the magnifier back into position and it clicks firmly in place. Super fast. YouTube search EOTECH 3X MAGNIFIER. There's a really good 11:26 minute video on it by black1705f.
looking into one. does the mount lock into place once its open? if not do they make a mount?
I have a RRA setup very similar to yours and got the 3.2X magnifier with the Eotech. Don't let others say it's not necessary. It adds a whole new capability to the site close in and at range. I can do 10 rounds under a dime at 25 yards and within the second ring at 100 yards all day long. The super cool factor of the flip-to-the-side magnifier allows you to easily use it when you want an get it out of the way when you don't. And yes, at $1,100 for both, it's pricey.

why did you get it with just the 1 moa dot..the 65 moa circle around it is what makes it an eotech

@lazarus426 most fire fight are less then 50yards. the magnification is more for target pass 300 yards.

@joediesel. Sick… Ya I had a chessy 552 replica that came with the flip covers I couldn't put them on because on of the allen heads on the 552 was striped it looked a little tricky to put on but that thing only lasted about 500 rounds. But pin point accuracy. You can't go wrong with an EO-Tech
