I want to maybe swap my kmr out on a bcm factory produced upper. I put a warcomp on it, the correct way lol…. Don't want to take the warcomp off, or f with bcm gas block set screws…. am I correct as long as I buy a bootleg rail that uses the kmr mounting system or pretty much any bcm that uses that I can literally slide one off n slide one on…. correct?

I really love that 20" Aero build and the camo job with the quad really makes it standout. If I can ever find a good deal on a 20" Aero in stock I may clone that build lol.

I know everything goes in cycles, but God please don't have everything go back to QUAD RAILS! I hated them and hate them now. LOL my first experience with a "slim rail" was actually my Ruger SR556, believe it or not. Because it's rails are removable, I took off the 3,6 & 9 rails and LOVED IT! I was so happy that not long after companies started coming out with the slim, keymod, etc. rails!
I personally prefer the feel of quads over Mlok, I got a DD RIS II FSP for 300 secondhand
hell yeah i bought one for my MK-12 build its lightest and strongest quad rail out there 100% recommend

Im amazed how light they are. I think a fullsize magpul plastic hg weighs 14oz iirc. This would be better and lighter

Personally I will pick strength over comfort on a AR-15 hand gaurd any day because my hands are rough from being an Electrician by trade so it doesn't matter too much to me!!
