  1. That "feature" of the light not working if you rotate the bezzel 90 degrees is a MASSIVE negative. To me, at least. I'm glad I watched this and found that out before buying it. I was planning to buy a TLR-8, now I probably won't.

  2. Hey guys I found an issue with the TLR-7&8 design, please put it out there. My battery kept dying and I figured out that the buttons would be depressed during carry as I use a Ramora Sticky holster. Do not use soft holsters with TLR-7 and 8's.

  3. you are using the controls wrong
You are suppose to use your thumb on your support hand so you can turn on and off quickly while still having finger in trigger
Watch John Lovell 's TLR-7 and 8 review on this you will see how to properly use the buttons
    God Bless

  4. If only they would have used the same controls as the TLR-1. Anyone with size Large hands or smaller is going to have a difficult time operating the light one handed. I have to break my grip in order to activate with my trigger finger. Also my sample size of 1, flickers horrible when dry firing.
