I realize this is a totally subjective question but in you opinion is it worth the 1k price tag for both or is just the halo sight sufficient?

Hi there! I know I’m finding this video well past the time & into almost the 6 year mark. However I was looking at buying this site for my Husbands AK-47 since today the opportunity has JUST come up where someone wants make a trade. Now, is this sites compatible & OK to use with his specific type of gun? He also has a shotgun and many rifles, but I know he was looking @ getting a decent scope/site for his AK. I’m fairly knowledgeable about guns although, when you start adding crazy letters and numbers into the mix of names then that’s where I get a little confused! I guess just call me a natural blonde @ heart lmao! Anyways, would this specific site work,& be compatible fo fulfill his needs in wanting this model? I’m not quite sure it’s the exact model, but let me post the info I received from the other person that wants to make a trade… (((Eotech xp3-Not that fake nock off shit have box an ID numbers great sight run my scope more)))…Any chance you can help me out here & tell me whether this will work for his AK-47 or not? Of course ANY & ALL help would be appreciative! Forgive me for the long ass comment lol! I always just want to be sure I included everything I need to say in detail! Hubb’s Birthday is coming up Feb-2018 & I'd really LOVE nothing more than to get the OK from YOU that this device is completely A-OK & 1,000% compatible to use with his AK! I'd say take a close look at the new Vortex UH-1 holographic sight. I like it better than the EOTECH sights for several reasons. (AND it functions into deep subzero weather with lithium batteries, unlike "some" holographic sights we know.)

Ive been looking into this sight recently and ive seen people say that it is only rated for the recoil of the AR-15. i have a scar 17 and it shoots the 7.62NATO. I dont want to buy this sight then have it not hold the sighting.

I had a few questions if you don't mind.  Being that it is 2014 now, is there a better reticle / magnifier combination you recommend now besides the ones you have?

Also, I noticed the over-extended picatinny rail you have on it, with what looks to be a laser mounted below it.  Might be a dumb question, but can you let me know where I can find that same type of rail to mount on the ps90?
