  1. Kendall Gray torture tested this thing to death and I was impressed by how it did. I think a 2K AR with the test he did, would've performed the same way

  2. I know "a guy" that has several of BCA builds. He identifies as "not/me". They all shoot sub MOA, but the side charging 10.5" 556 is favorite.

  3. I have about 10 of these uppers from 5.56 to 450 bushmaster…never a problem and the only problem I ever had was a scratch and the customer service sent me a replacement immediately..very happy with BCA.

  4. I have 3 BCA uppers. 22lr, 7.62×39 and a 556. I have put about 1000 rounds in each. The only problem was with the 22. Sent it back and they fix d it fast and returned it at no cost. No other problem

  5. I used a BCA .223 Wylde with a carbonfiber lower and handguard and a pencil barrel from BCA and it came out at 4.5 lbs unloaded with a clip and sight. Super nice light weight build and it's a great shooter. I also built a .450 Bushmaster and 6.5 Grendel which both work flawlessly. The 20" Grendel is set up for 1000 meter matches with a 20 moa rail. Zero'd on the top dot at 100 yards, it'll take my load using the 129 gr. Accubond LR to 1000 yards supersonic. The .450 Bushmaster with the 18" barrel is my home defense gun and always in reach. It'll do a number on deer too if need be, but it's a bit heavy to lug around the woods and I have better firearms for that. All in all, my BCA's have yet to ftf or stovepipe a single round. I do intend to build a .300 blackout pistol version once ATF figures out what we can or cannot have, but decided not to waste my time and resources until that happens. Appreciate your reviews and special deals. 😉

  6. I'm looking at Bear Creek 18 inch side charge 11.5 m loc 223 Wylde bear claw complete rifle the only thing is they don't offer a magazine whit there rifle. Anyone got any information or have one just wondering if I could go wrong with it

  7. I recently bought a BCA complete upper in 223 wylde with a 20 inch barrel. The damn thing is crazy accurate and runs great. It ate all the ammo I fed it. I wouldn’t use it for combat but for hunting or plinking you can’t beat it for the price.

  8. Great content great review: personally if I were to go into combat I do not care what the name is good history or not you can but a new car and it can breakdown all I want is a firearm that runs and works like it should people are too hung up on name brand products especially if it has military history. There are plenty of manufacturers out there that are way better than military

  9. I've got a complete BCA GPX 5.56 and an extra separate BCA forged lower. They do not have the very best fit or finish. However, the gun shoots under 1 MOA and is 100% reliable. Any time a budget priced firearm is reviewed anywhere it really brings out the hate. Many of those that are the loudest may not even have used the firearm but they have very strong negative opinions on it. The truth is all manufacturers have a manufacturing quality curve and within that curve there will be some parts that are out of spec, some just inside spec and most that are wihtin spec. With any and all brands there will be out of spec parts and so long as they are far and few between and the manufacturer takes care of legit claims that manufacturer is doing their best.

  10. I have 3 BCA uppers and I have not had one problem with any of them, I have other brands also that cost me way more money but I'm very happy with my BCA's and the 1000nds of rounds I put through them

  11. I bought a .300 blackout rifle for &350 and a 5.56 upper for $210. Both wer sub moa out of the box. I can’t speak on longevity as I’ve only had them a few months. Got about 500 rds through the 5.56 and 200 through the .300 blackout. So far I’ve only had to remove the handguard screws and put on blue loctite. They come over gassed but that’s kinda common, I’m ordering adjustable gas block to tune em and gonna continue to run em.

  12. Bear Creek uses a proprietary bolt carrier. Also, terrible customer service. While I liked the 7.62×39 upper I got from them, casings would expand and stick in the chamber. I can only assume because of a finishing issue. After weeks of back and forth, it took a legal action threat to finally get a refund. So, buyer beware.
