I think its lighter then the AK-47 and I think it's another upgrade to a great rifle. 🤑

i have a palmetto state lower with a bear creek arsenal upper in 7.62×39 using c product defense mags and it runs perfect

My Pap M92 AKM pistol has a empty round bolt open with the steel mags

Been thinking of getting into ak’s. Thought about getting the ks47 to bridge the gap. Look forward to watching the rest of the vid to help with the decision.

Just get the AK47 or Yugo one even better

There's no way to have it mechanically lock open like it does with the AR-15, you can get close with a certain style follower in the magazine but that's about as close as you're getting.

Why do you get so many "pistols" not rifles…? Just curious.

Got the 16 inch a couple months ago. So far got about 400 rounds through it with not the first malfunction. All I’ve used though is the magpul mag. But I’ve shot several different brands of ammo wolf, brown bear, Tula, Winchester and hornady. And man is it accurate. I’ve got a 1-6x acss primary arms scope and out to 300yds it’s just as accurate as any of my 223 ar15’s it literally shoots well south of 2moa. Average is about 1.5 with steel case but I have gotten a bunch of 1’ groups and a few even smaller. The trigger was really the only thing that needed to be upgraded or polished at minimum it was terrible. Other than that it’s seriously become my favorite rifle and I have a bunch of them to choose from.

I really want an rifle with an AR lower with an AK cycling system for a reasonable price.

Ome thing you didnt mention about the bolt is the walls for the 7.62 bolt. The walls on the bolt that go around the casing at the base are noticeably thinner than the standard AR15 bolt. Not sure how much that matters, but wanted to point that out as I believe I've read somewhere about people having issues with the bolt braking on high round count bolts..

You should pick up some bolt hold open mag followers or get some crotian bolt hold open mags if you need last round bolt hold open.

I love the idea but it’s kinda sad that not all ak mags fit, and how the bolt wears of kinda fast but found a expensive company that makes that bolt that is more durable.

You never bridge the gap between the upper receiver and handguard when it comes to scope placement. That is a no, no!!!

surface area doesn't affect friction. Friction = Friction Coefficient X Normal Force

With PSA as well, you buy the upper and lower separate for about $100 cheaper for those looking for cheaper options.
