I do some shooting with the DDM4V7 5.56 AR-15 with the 15” MLOK hand guard, test the accuracy, go over the features of it, and discuss what I think of the rifle overall.

  1. I'm undecided between an DDM4 V7S upper with an 11.5" barrel and a BCM Upper with an 11.5" barrel, both with Cold Hammer forged barrels and MLok 10" handguards. Wich one would you go with? Sorry to bother. I really respect your opinion.

  2. Just out of curiousity, I noticed you put a picture in the background at 13:26 and Im just wondering if you've ever had an OH S*** moment where the gun tried to take a dive in the water lol. I know I would be holding my breath during the photoshoot

  3. Great review. I have the exact same rifle and love it. It definitely likes the 77g over anything lighter. XM193 and XM855 accuracy is nothing to write home about.

  4. I've this problem with my Daniel Defense V7 Pro. Seems to fails to eject spent casing, then another round tries to feed into chamber. then at that point my bolt is stuck half way. It would be extremely helpful if my charging handle would pull my bolt back but it decides to take a break right about then and flops around loosely inside the gun. (BCM GUNFIGHTER) So what the dang heck?
are there extraction problems with the DDM4s?
Can I load a round into the chamber, eject it and keep loading and ejecting without firing, much like say my glock 19? Because that is a sure way of simulating my malfunction that I get while live firing. Thanks for any responses..

  5. great review as always.
Mike, you gotta get you some Sig Sauer elite 77 gr OTM ammo.
both my FNs, a modded 16" M4/RECCE and an 18" match grade sporter/SPR, and my buddies Barrett REC-7 DI and Sig Sauer 516 TS all LOVE the stuff.

both my FNs, which are chrome lined btw, shoot sub 1/2" 5-rd groups at 100 yds with it! the M4/RECCE has fired 3/8" groups with it and thats with a flyer!

all of our rifles are in agreeance, the Sig 77 gr OTM is the most accurate factory load ive found.
both my FNs do well with Federal GMM 69 gr and 77 gr OTM loads but the Sig stuff is noticeably better.
id love to see you include it in your testing protocal.

  6. I understand the price for a top shelf fighting rifle, just wish they'd include their excellent fixed sights with it for the price. That's most ar companies too though
