I spit my drink at 3:38.. Better hit that stock with a sledge hammer if you want to compromise that hard plastic..
Just purchased this stock 30 min's ago for my LWRC di. So far seems like a good stock. Absolutely rock solid lock up. I mean no wiggle whatsoever. I did put a dash of CLP on the buffer tube to help it adjust easier. Imo this is the best looking stock on the market. For me looks do matter 😉

i like the MFT BATTLE LINK…i didn't need pliers to install it just hold the adjust stock lever down and push the pins in fairly quik install…i often wonder about the hook but could be used to pull yourself free if trapped somewhere..NICE!!!

I was really really interested in this stock for a few weeks but after seeing how this stock is flimsy and floppy after installing it on the rifle, I want nothing to do with it! He barely touches the rear of the mft stock and it tilts away from the buffer tube…. NOT GOOD any change will affect MOA…. 2:57 –2:58 …. 3:10 …. 5:38 …. That MFT stock is very wobbly

Ok…I know I'm 2 years late to this thread but….don't put a commercial stock on a milspec tube. That will make for a sloppy wobbly fit as evidenced in this video when attached to the rifle and not the commercial tube alone. Match the correct stock to the correct tube. It's snug but in a gd way.
Only caveat would be for someone needing to change stock positions multiple times quickly….I don't think that would apply to many folks however.

If the stock is super light, doesn't the rifle become too front heavy ?

Trigger control and reset is terrible. I'd save money on gadgets and get some training.
But, this is the stock I use. Wouldn't replace it with any other stock.

I'm not sure I dig the underneath location for the QD mount. Why didn't they put one on each side like every other stock w/QD mounts?

I notice if put comm size on milspec you get that wobble i like the tight fit i would have just left my MOE stock on if i wanted rattle lol
Negative Ghost Rider, the AR 15 was not designed to replace the M14… The M16 was designed to replace the M14 and in turn, the M4 was designed to provide a shorter more urban environment friendly version of the M16. The AR 15 is a civilian legal M4.
I like the looks of this stock but it drives me nuts when I see someone have too modify or work out problems on a new product. …really why is that my problem not the manufacturer. I have a Rock River AR with a comercial tube, I would like this stock if I didn't have to possibly lube it, work it in with a not so satisfied outcome then learn knot work like a Navy Boatswain. Good video though , keep them coming I appreciate what you do.

Just seems like a very poor idea. For the structural integrity you give up the weight savings just isn't worth it

I wanted to order this stock, what color will match my regular flat dark earth? I see that they have 2 flat dark earth. Scorch Flat dark earth and Flat dark earth.
