Isn't a handgun/pistol, considered a firearm?
Stopped listening as soon as I saw the red dot mounted to the rail. Can't take advise from a guy who does that.

I built a 14.5" pistol with an SB M4 brace just for this reason.
That's a great point you made about wanting to transport it loaded in your vehicle. I also don't like unloaded guns, just expensive paper weights at that point if you ask me. I'm looking to make my first rifle purchase within the next year or two and that will definitely be playing a big part in my decision (of course depending on what state I'm living in at the time). Keep up the good work, sir. I think this is going to be a big channel.
