Anyone know the exact name/model of the handguard on this rifle? I know he says Vltor "type," but not having any luck finding this online. Thanks in advance any replies.
Correct me if i'm wrong but after you fire the last round doesn't the bolt stay in the open position? I'll be firing my new AR10 for the first time tomorrow

I use a Devil Dog Concepts Hard Charging Handle. It’s great the drop in.
NEVER drop the bcg with the charging handle to the rear!!!!
There is a design flaw on your design as well, the side charging will put excessive pressure on the right side of the upper and over time cause wear and tear and all excessive side pressure on the charging handle
Any love for us reciprocating uppers? The handle that came with my Bear receiver sucks! Would like a bigger more ergonomically handle.

Exactly what I was looking for. On most sites they sell the upper for about $700 with the side charging handle. This is a steal.

I seriously have no idea why people here are hating on this design. I've been looking for something like this forever. $150 does seem a bit much though.
I appreciate entrepreneurship and free market retailing, but for $150… I'll pass. My guess is that unless that price comes down to the realm of "fair", someone's going to have a lot of back stock.
You might try putting a FN FAL style handle that folds down when not in use, so the knob isn't sticking out

If you can't keep an AR shouldered and lock the bolt back with a BAD lever….you shouldn't be shooting near the public…or at all.
I got this side charging handle, works amazingly specially if you got a cope. Really makes my rifle look and feel unique. Only thing is that it does protrude a little more than I'd like but it works well with my rifle. The other thing is that it will not fit well with some mounts so buyer beware. I'd test the mounts before buying if possible.
every time you see someone attempting to sell their version of a side charging ar15 they make a complete bs statement that the rear charge is awkward impractical etc personally the rear charge isn't bad it doesn't take magician to charge the gun and it's far from awkward though I do prefer side charging be honest with the product when you lie to try to sell it it just makes it look like a shitty product
