  1. I would have hoped they would have explained the difference in grip profiles with bio mechanics and kinesiology . Clearly this opinion is not based with any scientifically proven advantages. The clamp grip only uses 2muscle groups and is only 40% efficient with respect to the kinesiology aspect . The over handed or supinate grip is less effective in fact it removes over 50% of the radial range of motion to the hand and more to the ability to move and rotate the body. In summation they really should consult professionals. Like FXD. http://WWW.FORCEXDESIGN.COM . They have firm grip on how it works and why this doesn’t work.
