This is such a great light, simple yet very well made. It is on my list of precious things I have owned. You can mount it on basically any platform, and without tools. It's currently mounted on my AR handguard, all I have to do is flick it on and boys, I'd like to introduce you to the komodo 3000.

Does this weapon light have a step down? Ex. 800 lumens for 2 minutes then lowers the output automatically to say 500 lumens? Or will it stay at the 800 lumens for the full runtime?

thanks for the video. I got mines at Primary arms for 103 Dollars that's shipping and all. thanks for the video I'm going to put this on my Springfield Trp operator. I got allot of surefire batteries. but I think I'm going with the streamlight batteries or the Energizer batteries on this light

super tech question, where did you get the bandana? I just bought the tlr hl 800, thank you for your time and effort to post, I've been putting off since 2009 but your review tipped balance. Why would a strobe be used, I'm assuming to disorient the threat (more likely me weave and plop onto floor ha ha).

Best light in the game no matter the price nor the platform youre installing it on……i just learned you can disable the strobe feature as well…hit momentary ten times fast and hold it until it blinks on the last one
