Eotechs have a little parallax when they are aiming at something close up. I know because I have one. There is zero parallax when you are aiming at something at over 20 yards or so. An inch doesn't matter when you are that close that is what the BIG RING is for it makes it easier to find engage in close quarters combat.
@s3cshUn8 so if the red dot is on the top left the bullet will hit the top left corner rather than the center of the spectral. is that what you are saying? cause than you have too adjust it every time
Thanks, cool video! For those who haven't seen one of these in person it's not always easy to visualize how incredibly cool the EOTechs are. This shows it very well.
Thats pretty cool how the Eotech doesnt require you to keep your eye on a sweet spot. If the red is on the target it will hit it. The new EXPS will probably be my next sight.
@cvn65galleyman both optics are real deals. Difference is eotech is a holographic site, even if the glass is broken on it, it will still work and the recticle and dot will be visible. And you get the best of both worlds with the outer recticle for cqb and the center dot for pinpoint distance shot. Aimpoint glass breaks your fucked and have to go to buis. One of the reasons why the military and law enforcement signed a multimillion dollar deal with eotech. go to "eotech Demonstration" on youtube.
thats because it automatically aims in the middle. the dot need to be in the centre of the sight, and your persona does that automatically for you… basicaly you have crazy mad aiming so you dont notice 😉
He set it so it is aiming just below the doorknob. The gun is stationary, he is moving the camera showing how the Eotech sights technology keeps the reticule in 1 place regardless of where u look at it.
Why isit only aiming just below the doorknob? why not at it? I swear this is bad in a real life situation.. cause say if you was aiming at someone but that EOTech thing isnt aim it..?? wth??
the crosshair aims where ever the end of your barrel is aiming towards. you can move around like the person in the video is but if you notice the unit stays in the same spot. all you have to do for aiming is point and shoot.

Obviously you don't know what parallax is.
that is alot of paralax imagine hat at 300 yards
@ook3vin
Pretty much any non magnified optic is parallax free.
@sweetswantonbombs oh
………………..
@m4master100 or it was the cheap version for airsoft guns that have slight parallax
@musicsmaker it was actually a real EoTech 512 rev F, a pre L3 Communications model purchased fall of 2005
i saw little parallax… just IMO, it wasnt parallaxfree, unless it was the camera.

I see some minor parallax effect here.
how do you aim through those they look cool
nooooiice!
but this is purely just the attachment yea? there's no gun attached to it so can't shoot -.- Nifty lil gadget there
now i wish i had about 400 dollars to spare 😀
Lol… same >:S
ne1 talking about mw2 the game holographic sight here? 🙂 the more i read pplz themore im gettin confuse here
That Technology is so Neat!!
Trippy how it can only be seen through the scope
dude are you ever going to shoot that door handle ???
thats because it automatically aims in the middle. the dot need to be in the centre of the sight, and your persona does that automatically for you… basicaly you have crazy mad aiming so you dont notice 😉
@sacr3 Agreed.
thats sweet
ya well whats stupid is you can't really tell the difference in cod mod 2 at all.
He set it so it is aiming just below the doorknob. The gun is stationary, he is moving the camera showing how the Eotech sights technology keeps the reticule in 1 place regardless of where u look at it.
he's moving the camera not the sight
so no matter how you look through the sight it will always show you where your actually aiming. dur da dur
TRIPPY LOL
Why isit only aiming just below the doorknob? why not at it? I swear this is bad in a real life situation.. cause say if you was aiming at someone but that EOTech thing isnt aim it..?? wth??
That's why SF uses it with iron sights up (not down like most). SO if it goes down then you can still just use the iron sights
@DaedalEVE If a bullet goes through, I guess the next thing it hits is your eye? So BUIS won't be that necessary. 😉
LMAO
@orbits20 You're not very smart are you?
wow lol nice tip
i mounted one of these on my penis for precision cum shots
LOL.
basic science fail.
